He oversees the emerging-media strategy for internal and external audiences. Before joining Black & Veatch, he was the manager of internal communications for the largest provider of innovative claims and productivity management solutions in the U.S. and Canada. He also co-hosted one of the first weekly internal podcasts to the company's 6,000+ employees.
Bill Klco is an Emerging Application Strategist at Spectrum Health. He directs Spectrum's intranet and internal social media strategy. In partnership with marketing, he led several initiatives to integrate social media into Spectrum's intranet, which runs on SharePoint 2010. He discovered the power of social media while living in England and France working for a U.S. healthcare software vendor who was opening offices across Europe. Social technologies connected people across large geographic areas and closed cultural boundaries, creating a culture of collaboration. Klco has worked more than 25 years in manufacturing, online learning and healthcare firms as a technologist.
Christy Season Punch is a Sr. Intranet Strategist for SCANA Corporation, a SC based Fortune 500 utility. She manages SCANA's intranet that reaches almost 10,000 employees and contractors. Christy was the project lead and strategist for a complete redesign of SCANA's intranet. The intranet was recognized by Nielsen Norman Group as one of the best intranets of 2010—an international award. Christy also serves on a social media committee at SCANA that develops strategies for using social media internally and externally. Christy is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Computer Engineering and MBA in E-Commerce.
