How does this presentation and live Q&A work?
There are three easy steps:
- Watch the presentation any time before January 9
- Submit a question from your on-demand page
- Join us on January 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Central for a live Q&A with Christine Bennett
How do I submit questions?
You may submit them as you think of them as you watch the presentation in the submission box on the right side of the on-demand page. Or you can ask them live at the Q&A event with your presenter and your moderator.
How long is the presentation?
The presentation takes about 60 minutes. You can pause, rewind and take extensive notes so you’re sure not to miss a thing!
How long is the Q&A?
The Q&A is scheduled for 60-minutes. Attendees have the chance to get their most specific intranet questions answered from a true expert in the field.
How to I log-in to the live Q&A session?
- Just go to your on-demand page (where you watched the presentation) and click on “Join live Q&A” on the right side of your screen.
- You will be prompted to enter your name, email and a password. This password is different from the one you use to log-on to your on-demand page. You can find this password just below the "Join Q&A" button.

Can I still get my questions answered if I can’t attend the Q&A?
Yes! YOU CAN STILL GET ALL YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED EVEN IF YOU CAN’T BE PRESENT AT THE LIVE Q&A!! Submit your questions before the live Q&A and we’ll ask your presenter to answer them. The full Q&A recording will be on your on-demand page for one week after the live event.
How long will I have access to the presentation and the Q&A?
The presentation and Q&A will be online and available to you for one week after the live Q&A session. If you want to keep the presentation and the Q&A session for your permanent training library, simply order the CD add-on and you will receive the whole event recording for only $30. These disks arrive about 4 weeks after the Q&A event.
Will I receive a reminder before the live Q&A session?
Yes. You will receive both an email and phone reminder prior to the start of the event
What should I do if I haven't received emails specific to this event?
- Check your SPAM or Junk mail folder, occasionally email can be mistaken as SPAM.
- Make sure you are checking the e-mail account you provided during registration.
- Call customer service at 800.878.5331 or e-mail email@example.com if you need help or more information.
How do I get the handouts?
- A link to the handout is on the tour page to the right of the video player.
