Jon Drummond Jon Drummond is the director of external relations for Discover Financial Services, one of America's leading credit card and online banking companies. He's responsible for all media relations and external communications activities, including press releases, reputation management, corporate awards, spokesperson training and non-paid media outreach for all payments, banking and consumer credit products. He was a newspaper reporter and editor for 20 years in Wisconsin, Southern California and the Chicago area prior heading up the news team in 2000 at, the online magazine extension of Encyclopedia Britannica.
James E. Lukaszewski James (Jim) E. Lukaszewski is president of The Lukaszewski Group and is one of America's most visible corporate go-to counselors for senior executives when there is trouble in the room or on the horizon. As America's Crisis Guru®, he's known for his ability to help executives look at problems from a variety of sensible, constructive and principled perspectives. He has spent his career counseling leaders of all types who face challenging situations that often involve conflict, controversy, community action or activist opposition.
Elizabeth Penniman Elizabeth Penniman is the vice president of communications at The American Red Cross. She's a proven communications leader with over 20 years of experience. She has served in a variety of White House, federal government, nonprofit, agency and corporate communications leadership roles. She is passionate about humanitarian work and global health and has extensive proficiency in health care, public health, public policy, and crisis communications in the U.S. and abroad. Her specialties include leadership, crisis communications, international communications, media relations, videography and speechwriting. She's also a member of The Conference's Board's Corporate Communications Strategy Council.
